Growth & Partnerships Associate

(Part-Time Contract)

Location: Remote
Hours: 20 Hours/Week
Contract Length: 6–8 Weeks (Potential to Extend)
Compensation: Base Pay + Performance Bonuses

About the Role

We’re looking for a scrappy, hungry, and relationship-driven Growth & Partnerships Associate to help us grow our pipeline and bring in new business.

This is primarily a sales and business development role focused on:

  • finding leads

  • opening doors

  • booking meetings

  • building relationships

  • helping generate direct contract opportunities

This is not a passive or administrative role. The right person enjoys outreach, is comfortable talking to new people every day, and knows how to stay persistent without getting discouraged.

What You’ll Do

Business Development & Sales Outreach (Primary Focus)

  • Research and identify potential clients across industries such as medical, legal, automotive, manufacturing, aviation, and commercial services

  • Build lead lists and prospect databases

  • Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and networking

  • Book discovery calls and partnership meetings

  • Follow up consistently with warm leads and prospects

  • Help move opportunities through the sales pipeline

  • Track outreach activity and client conversations in CRM

Partnership & Relationship Building

  • Support conversations with potential partners and clients

  • Help position Rolling Hills Solutions as a reliable transportation partner

  • Identify recurring delivery opportunities and contract potential

  • Help strengthen local business relationships and referral opportunities

Sales Systems & CRM Support

  • Maintain CRM records and pipeline tracking

  • Keep outreach organized and up to date

  • Support simple reporting on leads, meetings, and opportunities

Who Will Be Successful in This Role

This role is best for someone who:

  • wants hands-on startup and business-building experience

You do NOT need deep logistics or courier experience – although experience in this field is a plus!

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, partnerships, or customer outreach

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – must speak fluent English

  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and relationship building

  • Self-starter with strong follow-through

  • Ability to work independently and move quickly

Preferred

  • SDR (Sales Development Representative) or lead generation experience

  • Experience using Lead-Gen and CRM tools (Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Startup, entrepreneurial, or small business experience

  • Experience with B2B outreach

Performance Expectations

Compensation

We’re a growing startup, so we’re looking for someone excited about both guaranteed pay and performance upside.

Base Pay

Starting at $15/hour (Based on experience)

Performance Bonuses

Additional bonuses available for:

  • Qualified meetings booked

  • New partnership opportunities created

  • Signed contracts secured

Example Bonus Structure

  • $50–$75 per qualified meeting booked or opportunity

  • $250–$550+ for signed contracts or recurring client wins
